Terms and conditions (Please Read Carefully!)
 
Items from our Lending Library are on a first come, first served basis.

Items must be picked up at the front desk of the requested Service Center (Paramus or Riverdale). 
 
Please note: All lending library items are property of GSNNJ. Sizes & color may vary slightly. If the items are not returned by the specified date, the troop will be charged $40 per item borrowed. 
 
Items may only be rented for a maximum of three (3) business days.  Availability is based on demand; we will make our best effort to supply each troop with any special requests for a specific item. 
 
By signing this Terms of Agreement, the Renter agrees to follow the Terms and Conditions listed above.

Paramus Service Center

 300 Forest Avenue, Paramus, NJ 07652

Tuesday - Thursday 9:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 5:00 pm

 Riverdale Service Center

 95 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Riverdale, NJ 07457

Tuesday - Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 5:00 pm

By signing this Terms of Agreement, the Borrower agrees to follow the Terms and Conditions listed above, in addition:
 
It is understood that the rented items will remain in the condition received and will not be repaired, restored, cleaned or altered in any way without the permission of GSNNJ.  The items may not be loaned to a third party without the advance approval of GSNNJ.  The renter agrees to use the items only for purposes of representing Girl Scouts and in agreement to abide by the Girl Scout Law. 

At pickup the renter understands if the items are not returned on time or in the condition in which they were rented, the renter agrees to be charged. The renter is responsible for returning all items within 3 business days of renting.
