Requirements for all GSUSA/GSNNJ Awards are as follows:

The award recipient is a registered Girl Scout Volunteer for the current Membership Year.

The award recipient has a current criminal background check.

The award recipient has completed the appropriate training and demonstrated competence in the position.

The award recipient has performed at a level that exceeds the expectations of the position or service.

Please note that all awards are presented once in a lifetime.

Requirements and details for specific awards can be viewed in the Adult Recognitions Award List dropdown at the bottom of this form for easy reference.

Deadline for nominations is April 2, 2026.
