    Please submit a separate form for each POTG you would like to set up for your troop. You will be contacted soon regarding your submission. All requests should be submitted 3 weeks prior to the proposed dates.

    Be sure to check the following requirement details for each Program on the Go before completing this form: minimum/maximum number of girls per POTG, program description, program age level requirements, price per participant, and length of time needed for the program, including setup/cleanup times needed.
  • *Please note: all girls and adults participating in any Program on the Go must be a currently registered Girl Scout. It is the responsibility of the leader to check the troop roster in the membership system to verify membership is current before the program date.

  • Please indicate the start and end times for your FIRST choice date's POTG, keeping in mind you must account for setup and cleanup times (for example, for a POTG from 12:00pm to 2:00pm, with 15 minutes of setup and 30 minutes of cleanup, you would type in 11:45am and 2:30pm):
