Please submit a separate form for each POTG you would like to set up for your troop. You will be contacted soon regarding your submission. All requests should be submitted 3 weeks prior to the proposed dates.

Be sure to check the following requirement details for each Program on the Go before completing this form: minimum/maximum number of girls per POTG, program description, program age level requirements, price per participant, and length of time needed for the program, including setup/cleanup times needed.
*Please note: all girls and adults participating in any Program on the Go must be a currently registered Girl Scout. It is the responsibility of the leader to check the troop roster in the membership system to verify membership is current before the program date.
