Packages
All activities are scheduled in 55 minute sessions; 20 participants maximum per session.

Chaperones are free of charge.

There must be one adult for every 10 students.

Food is not included.

Package 1: $20 per participant:

Property Rental, with no Rickabear staff-led activities. Use of camp grounds to run privately planned agenda, may include free activities such as hiking and use of the basketball court. Property rental only; no Rickabear staff-led activities.

Package 2: $25 per participant:

Enjoy the use of camp, S'mores, and choose one of the following Rickabear staff-led activities: Challenge Course, Zipline, Nature Appreciation, Outdoor Survival, Archery, Eco Art, or Service Projects.

Package 3: $30 per participant:

Enjoy the use of camp, S'mores, and choose two of the following Rickabear staff-led activities: Challenge Course, Zipline, Nature Appreciation, Outdoor Survival, Archery, Eco Art, or Service Projects.

Package 4: $35 per participant:

Enjoy the use of camp, S'mores, and choose three of the following Rickabear staff-led activities: Challenge Course, Zipline, Nature Appreciation, Outdoor Survival, Archery, Eco Art, or Service Projects.

Pickleball Add On: $5 per participant:

Available in combination with any package, add on the use of our NEW Pickleball courts!

** A 30% deposit is required for reservations, and is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled. There are no refunds of any kind within 8 weeks of the event date **
Contract Agreement: We the undersigned have agreed to the terms of this picnic agreement for the above date and total fees. If the actual number of guests increases beyond the number indicated on this contract, we will then pay the per guest fee, based on the package selected above. The minimum number of guests is 50. Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey prohibits the serving of alcohol.

If an event has to be rescheduled due to rain, the next open date will be made available. Groups may have to share areas when a rescheduling is necessary.
