The following Application Agreement is between:

Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey

95 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Riverdale, New Jersey, 07457 AND:

Attendance Adjustments
If the actual number of participants exceeds the number listed on this application, additional fees will apply based on the applicable rates.

Required Staffing for Large Groups
Bathroom Porters are required for groups of more than 100 participants at a flat rate of $200.
EMT coverage is required for groups of more than 200 participants at a rate of $40 per hour.

Deposit & Payment Policy
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance is due no later than the event date.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 8 weeks of the event date.
GSNNJ will email a contract and invoice once this application has been reviewed.

Facility Use & Cleaning
Tables and chairs are not available on-site and must be provided by the group.
No additional cleaning fee is charged, provided spaces are left in the condition they were found.
Groups are responsible for basic cleanup of all areas used prior to departure.

Camp Policies
Alcohol is strictly prohibited on Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey property.
All groups must comply with GSNNJ property use rules and follow all staff instructions.

Weather & Rescheduling Policy
If an event must be rescheduled due to weather, the group will be offered the next available date. Rescheduled events may be required to share spaces, depending on availability.

A 30% deposit is required for reservations,
and is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled.
There are no refunds within 8 weeks of the event date.
GSNNJ will email contract and invoice details.

Contract Agreement: We the undersigned have agreed to the terms of this picnic agreement for the above date and total fees.  If the actual number of people increases beyond the number indicated on this contract, we will then pay $15 per person above and beyond the estimated fees. For groups booked for entire property use, the fee is $10 per additional person above 300 people. A minimum number of 50 people is required. We have read and understand the regulations for the use of Lake Rickabear.
Payment is expected on or before the event date.

Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey prohibits the serving of alcohol.

If an event has to be rescheduled due to rain, the group will be offered the next available open date. Groups may have to share areas when rescheduling.
