** A 30% deposit is required for reservations, and is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled. There are no refunds of any kind within 8 weeks of the event date. **
Contract Agreement: We the undersigned have agreed to the terms of this picnic agreement for the above date and total fees. If the actual number of guests increases beyond the number indicated on this contract, we will then pay $15.00 per guest above and beyond the estimated fees. For groups booked for entire property use, the fee is $10 per additional guest above 300 guests. The minimum number of guests is 50. We have read and understand the regulations for the use of Lake Rickabear. Payment is expected on or before the event date.

Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey prohibits the serving of alcohol.

If an event has to be rescheduled due to rain, the next open date will be made available. Groups may have to share areas when a rescheduling is necessary.
