Parent Permission Form
You and your Girl Scout will "Embrace Possibility" during the 2024 Fall Product Program! This program gives girls and troops the opportunity to sell magazine subscriptions, Tervis Tumblers, BarkBox, personalized stationery, candles, and delicious nut and candy items in order to earn money for their troop.

Once you submit this form, you will receive a copy to the email address you provided. Please be sure to forward that email to your Troop Leader or Troop Fall Product Program Manager so they receive a copy of your completed form.
